Chic Faux Fur Vest

Hey there!

I hope you guys had a great weekend and tried to stay warm. On Friday, we had a dusting of snow in Dallas and it did everybody in LOL. It took me 2 and a half hours to drive home from work and I left at 3:15. Crazy! It’s even crazier to think that I grew up in Connecticut and a dusting of snow to my friends there is no big deal. On Saturday, I met up with some local blogger gals for brunch (so much fun!) and yesterday Adam and I went to Honor Bar for lunch in Highland Park Village. There are only two other Honor Bars, one in Beverly Hills and one in Santa Barbara owned by the same group that owns Hillstone. We are big Hillstone fans so I would say Honor Bar’s vibe is equally as lovely and impressive as Hillstone. We had the Macho Salad and the famous Crispy chicken sandwich. Highly recommend both!

I’ve always been a faux fur lover and when I found this one I was one happy girl. Unfortunately, mine is out of stock, but I linked a few other options for you. I love how it has pockets and can clasp at the front. If you are anything like me, this vest is my go-to when it’s chilly out but not cold enough for a heavy coat. I paired it with a super affordable blouse I got from H&M that has RUFFLES! Ruffle detail gets me every time. I love the color (my color available in-stores only) but it comes in other great colors besides black. For reference, I sized down in my black faux leather leggings.
