Weekend Roundup

Weekend Roundup

Hi! This weekend was so busy but so much fun. Adam’s parents + sister were in town and we had the best time together, as always!!! ❤️ We went back to my favorite, Dolce Riviera, for dinner on Friday night. I ordered the same dish as before, Fettuccine with Bolognese…are you surprised?! On Saturday, we had brunch with my family at Remedy then spent the day at Highland Park Village. I was so excited to show Adam’s mom and sister Draper James because it’s the sweetest store. I am so glad I don’t have to order online anymore 🙂 I’m also loving these new jeans. You can find them here. They’re so cute with white sneaks or heels!

Last night we took the crew to the Texas State Fair. We ate everything fried and went on carnival rides! It is definitely an experience and worth going every year. My favorite foods were the Funfetti cookie fries (so yum!) and the famous Fletcher’s Corny Dog. Did you know that a Fletcher’s stand can sell nearly 400,000 corn dogs over the course of the fair? Crazy!! We also tried chicken fried dumplings, bacon cheddar ranch fries, cotton candy, chocolate frozen banana with sprinkles, and corn dogs. We left feeling stuffed but happy! 🙂

What did you do this weekend? Hope it was fabulous and filled with lots of fun and time with your loved ones!

  1. My boyfriend and I were literally going to travel to Texas Just to come to this fair but unfortunately the planning never went through! Sigh…. The Texas fair is on my bucket list though, I feel like it’s something you need to go to at least once in your life ha. Although I have my mind set on moving to McKinney Texas soooo I’m sure I’ll be able to check that off my list
